ENAC (Italian Civil Aviation Authority) Circular EAL 10 dated 21.09.2012
Ich kenne nur:
AIP Italy, GEN 1.2, Ziffer 5.3:
5.3
Certificato di disinsettazione residua
Certificate of residual disinsection
...
The Certificate of residual disinsection is required for aircraft coming directly, or with a stop-over, from countries with malaria-affected areas or from countries affected by a situation of endemic yellow fever. The updated list of such countries is released by WHO (World Health Organization - International Travel and Health)
https://www.who.int/ith/en
Residual disinsection treatments can be carried out (with synthetic pyrethroids) by an authorized private company with substances, equipment and procedures recommended by WHO. The compliance of the disinsection to the recommended methods has to be certified by the Government Authority (USMAF office responsible for the area) whic h releases the Certificate of Disinsection.
Certificates of disinsection are usually accepted by States and, when shown to the Authorities of the country of arrival, allow for the immediate landing of passengers and crew members.
The Certificate is part of the aircraft board documentation and has to be shown on request of the USMAF staff responsible for the area. Such procedure is applied also to General Aviation flights.
