Nachtrag: habe heute die NPA 2011-16 kommentiert. Wichtig: Einsendesschluss ist jetzt der 17.11.2011.
Zur Erinnerung, das steht in der NPA https://www.easa.eu.int/rulemaking/docs/npa/2011/NPA%202011-16.pdf. :
“Applicants for the competency-based modular IR(A) holding a Part-FCL PPL or CPL and a valid IR(A) issued in compliance with the requirements of Annex 1 to the Chicago Convention by a third country may be credited in full towards the training course mentioned in 4 above. In order to be issued the IR(A), the applicant shall: (a) successfully complete the skill test for the IR in accordance with Appendix 7; (b) demonstrate that he/she has acquired knowledge of air law, meteorology, flight planning and performance, and human performance; (c) demonstrate that he/she has acquired knowledge of English in accordance with FCL.055; (d) have a minimum experience of at least 100 hours of instrument flight time as PIC on aeroplanes".
Auszug aus meinen Kommentaren:
Para 8.
After "...the applicant shall:" delete (a),(b),(c),(d).
Insert:
"The applicant has to pass an oral and flight check by an ATO instructor. The oral check will be concentrated on air law, meterology, flight planning and performance, and human performance and the applicant will hereby demonstrate that he is able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language. In the flight check the applicant has to demonstrate in various approaches and tracking maneuvers that he is able to operate an aircraft safely in IMC".
Klar, dass ich in den übrigen Kommentaren erläutert habe, warum die gegenseitige Anerkennung der Lizenzen Nr. 1 Priorität haben muss. Wer noch nicht kommentiert hat, sollte das jetzt tun. So geht es:
