ich suche jetzt schon seit einiger Zeit nach einer Quelle, die das Fliegen nach Halbkreisflughöhen in Deutschland erst ab 5000 ft vorschreibt, in der LuftVO finde ich nichts.
SERA sagt:
"Except where otherwise indicated in air traffic control clearances or specified by the competent authority, VFR flights in level cruising flight when operated above 900 m (3 000 ft) from the ground or water, or a higher datum as specified by the competent authority, shall be conducted at a cruising level appropriate to the track as specified in the table of cruising levels in Appendix 3"
Wo steht denn das Deutsche "Except"? Gibt es da ein NFL? In der AIP steht auch nur:
"(4) The Federal Supervisory Authority for Air Navigation Services (BAF) may lay down levels deviating from the levels specified in Annex SERA.5005(g) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/2012"
Aber das die BAF das wirklich getan hat, dazu habe ich noch keine Quelle gefunden.
Daher nehme ich eigentlich an, dass die Höhen aus SERA.5005(g) auch in Deutschland gelten.

Also auch wenn das BMVI es anders möchte, gelten die Halbkreisflughöhen in Deurschland über 3000 ft gnd, da es keine Abweichung durch das BAF gibt, daher konnte ich auch nichts finden.
Im flachen Land sind also 3500 ft und 4500 ft als VFR Halbkreisflughöhen einzuhalten.
