Hier die Info bzgl. MyEAD:

MyEAD is an API based solution for you to develop a system to system interface to your own specifications. We provide a client API library written in Java, referred to as the ESI (EAD System Interface). This provides a set of Java methods to connect to the EAD, upload requests and download both responses and unsolicited messages. Requests and responses are constructed as XML files that must conform to specific XML schemas. The ESI also takes care of client authentication, security and so on. It is built on top of a middleware product that conforms to the JMS (Java Message Service) specification.

Charges
Charges for access to the data are divided into two parts; Service charges applied by EUROCONTROL that are based on the use of the data and the turnover (annual, in Euros) of the product in which the data is used, and Royalty charges applied by some of the States.

The MyEAD API is provided free of charge along with the supporting documentation, access to the Test and Validation System, and office hour technical support. The development costs for the interface are your own.
In all cases, any costs associated with connection, network, or hardware (possibly including VPN router) remain the responsibility of the client.
