ENR 1.2.5 NIGHT VFR FLIGHTS

Night VFR flights shall be conducted in

accordance with all relevant regulations

governing VFR operations, except night VFR

flights in controlled airspace which are to be

planned and flown to published VFR routes and

procedures.

Night VFR flights are conducted in accordance

with the provisions stated in Items: ENR 1.2.1,

ENR 1.2.2, ENR 1.2.3, ENR 1.2.6, ENR 1.7.

Night VFR cross-country flights with flying

sports products and tandem parachute jumps are

not permitted.
