Im AOPA-Newsletter steht auf den englischen IAOPA-Seiten folgende Mitteilung:
Sardinien hat eine Luxussteuer auf Zweitwohnungen, Yachten und Privatflugzeuge eingeführt.
Alle dort landenden Besucherflugzeuge werden mit mindestens 150 EUR zusätzlich zu den üblichen Gebühren belastet, um ihren Beitrag dazu zu leisten.
Da die Proteste der AOPA Italien zwecklos waren, wird dazu aufgerufen, Sardinien zu meiden, bis die Steuer wieder abgeschafft ist. Es gibt auch genug schöne Küstenplätze in Italien, wo Flieger willkommen sind.

AOPA-Italy Opposes Sardinia Luxury Tax.
The island of Sardinia has recently imposed a luxury tax on second homes, yachts, and private aircraft. Importantly, aircraft visiting the island will be charged a significant landing fee to support this tax, and each visiting four-seat aircraft will be charged a €150 fee in support of this measure.
AOPA-Italy President Massimo Levi has advised his members and all European general aviation aircraft to avoid the island in protest. „AOPA-Italy condemns this initiative and encourages general
aviation aircraft to avoid Sardinia in protest. Additionally, write to the regional government and express your disappointment and resolve to avoid the island until the fee is rescinded," Levi said.
Avoid Sardinia
AOPA-Italy reports that the Sardinian Regional Government has unilaterally imposed a “luxury tax” on private aircraft entering he country, and teh smallest four-seat aircraft must now pay a minimurn of 150 euros on top of landing and handling charges.
Protests against this unreasonable tax have proved fruitless, and as a result AOPA-Italy is urging all pilots in the European general aviation community to avoid Sardinia. AOPA Italy's Massimo Levy says: “We cannot do anything but condemn this initiative and urge pilots to go elswhere. Italy has 1000 miles of beautiful coastline, and there are many places to visit where you will be made welcome, not asked to pay more tax.
By avoiding Sardinia you will make he authorities understand that they cannot treat us in this way, and that they are hurting their own cause.”
The luxury tax also applies to yachts and second homes. lt is also worth writing to the regional

finden alle Interessierten eine ganze Latte von kleinen Plätzen in Italien und auch ca. 20 auf Sardinien. Allerdings wäre ich mit LIEE vorsichtig - das ist nämlich der internationale Platz von Cagliarie - und dort wird kassiert.

Danke für den Hinweis: LIEE ist natürlich falsch.
Ich habe dort 2x 250 Euro bezahlt für je 1 Landung und jeweils einen Bustransfer von 50m (nach Bezahlung der Gebühren durfte ich dann zum Flugzeug laufen).

Das ist eben wahre Gastfreundschaft auf italienisch/sardisch.

Worauf sollte man in Olbia ( LIEO ) achten ?

oder ein Jahr ! von frühling bis september, habe die
genauen daten nicht unter den Augen. werde mal checken.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, sehr geehrter Herr Müller,
hier nun die aktuelle Situation auf Olbia. Dank FSI Graumann und Eccelsa Handling super perfekt organisierte Abfertigung, VIP Service vom Feinsten ( Lounge, Webaccess, Flight Plan Handling, Gepäck wird ein- und ausgeladen etc. ) kostet 80 EUR - incl. Lande- und Parkgeühr. Eccelsa hat den Antrag für die Luxussteuer schon vorausgefüllt und definiert eine PA 46 als " four passenger seat " - was man so sehen kann, denn auf den vorderen Stühlen sitzt ja die Crew. Das macht dann 150 EUR Luxussteur, nicht billig, aber mit insegsamt 220 EUR kein Vergleich zu so manch anderen deutschen Airport. Avgas gibt es, das ist mit EUR 3,14 nicht billig, aber immerhin es ist uneingeschränkt verfügbar - und im Vergleich zu einem Cappuchino und einen Wasser ( Porto Cervo Marina Stella Maris ) mit EUR 12,50 halt nur eben "relativ teuer ". Aber relativ teuer ist ganz Sardinien - aber auch sehr schön dafür. Fazit : nur positive Erlebnisse und jederzeit wieder hin.
